Cancellation
Booked slots must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. If cancelled 48 hours in advance, any monies paid will be applied to a future session. If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, any monies paid will be forfeited.

Weather
In cases of severe weather, as determined at the sole discretion of West Coast Pitch, monies paid for a booking can be applied to a future session. Future session must occur within 14 days.

Events or Other Cancellations by West Coast Pitch
West Coast Pitch reserves the right to cancel a booking due to events, technical issues, or any other circumstances, and in such case will provide a full refund of any monies said for said booking.

Injuries or Emergencies
In any medical emergency, please call 995 immediately.

Code of Conduct
West Coast Pitch encourages a friendly and safe environment and is situated near residential areas. Patrons are to refrain from:

• Excessive shouting
• Aggressive behavior such as fighting, use of vulgarities
• Use of any amplifying device without prior permission from West Coast Pitch management
• Littering and illegal parking
• Any other activities found to be a nuisance to surrounding residents or businesses, or directed by West Coast Pitch management

Any patrons found flouting the above rules may find their activity suspended or cancelled without refund.

Liability
West Coast Pitch or its associated parties hold no liability for any loss of personal belongings, accidents, injuries, death, or any other incidents or losses that occur in relation to the use of West Coast Pitch.
